Key Spaces
Suites
Spacious and open, designed for restful comfort without compromise. Pure lines, local materials and a direct connection with the outdoors define spaces that convey genuine calm from the very first moment.
Communal areas and pool
Water as the compositional centre. The outdoor pool structures the whole and articulates the relationship between the blocks, creating a shared space that feels intimate and personal.
Spa and well-being
A spacious, light-filled area devoted to well-being, with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and cold-water areas, designed with the same restrained, material language as the rest of the project. Wellness as a natural extension of the experience, not an add-on.
Details
Colour palette
The palette sits within beige, off-whites and soft neutrals: basic tones chosen to accompany the space without imposing themselves, in dialogue with the materials of the place and the particular light of Formentera.
Materials and textures
Local stone as the protagonist, lattice screens as a poetic device. Honest materials that do not need to be explained because the body already recognises them.
Furniture
With pure lines and made to the exact dimensions of the project. Delicate pieces that accompany rest without interfering with it.
Lighting
The lattice screens do the work during the day: filtering, modulating, creating. Artificial lighting takes over discreetly at dusk, respecting the atmosphere that the architecture has already created.
